Join the Mission

Catholic United Response is looking for volunteers who have the ability or willingness to assist in disaster relief efforts. Click here to join our volunteer network or receive deployment news. As a partner with other regional emergency response organizations, Catholic United Response needs volunteers to be there to respond and rebuild. Join our list of responders today and stand ready when disaster strikes.

Objectives

Catholic United Response has three main objectives:
First. Assist in disaster recovery efforts to repair and rebuild homes, businesses and churches damaged by natural disaster or fire.
Second. Help parishes prepare for disaster through the Matthew 25 curriculum provided by Catholic Charities USA.
Third. Assemble and provide emergency kits to disaster victims that contain kitchen, toiletry and bedding supplies. Kits will provide comfort to those who have lost basic necessities.

About us

Catholic United Response is a project of the Catholic United Financial Foundation (formerly Catholic Aid Association Foundation). Through our historic partnership with Catholic Charities USA, Catholic United Response pledges to help communities prepare, respond and rebuild in the spirit of Matthew 25:40.
